- **General Frequency Card**: 15% off daily rate. Valid 1 year. Extends to family members 18 & under.

### Annual Pass
- **Adult Pass**: $475.00. Includes 8am–10pm access, 10% off towel/robe rental, massage, and retail, 10% off guest admission, and a complimentary waffle robe at first sign-up. Valid 1 year. Non-transferable, non-refundable.
- **Add-On Annual Child Pass**: $100.00 (not sold standalone; must be purchased with main passholder). For family members 18 & under in same household.

### Punch Pass
- **10-Punch Pass**: $150.00. Expires 6 months from purchase. Transferable (usable by multiple people with purchaser present). Non-refundable.

- **Room 2 – Bunk House Suite** (1–6 people): 2-bedroom unit; king bed in master; queen + twin bunk beds in second bedroom; large living area; full kitchen (microwave, cook top, refrigerator, service for 6); large bathroom with shower.
- **Room 5 – Mini-Suite** (1–2 people): 1 queen bed; kitchenette with microwave & mini fridge; bathroom with shower.
- **Rooms 6 & 7 – Suites** (1–2 people): 1-bedroom units; queen bed; living room with sofa; kitchenette with microwave & mini fridge; bathroom with shower.
- **Room 8 – King Suite** (1–2 people): King bed; kitchenette with microwave & mini fridge; bathroom with shower.
- **Rooms 9 & 10 – Single Queen Rooms** (1–2 people): 1 queen bed with shower.
- **Rooms 14–21 – Double Queen** (1–4 people): 2 queen beds; mini fridge; microwave; full bath; ceiling fan.
- **Cabins E, F, G – Deluxe Park-Model Cabins** (1–4 people): 1 bedroom with queen bed + hallway twin bunk nook; living room with sofa; full kitchen with dishes/cookware; full bath.

### Policies
- **Standard Cancellation**: 48-hour policy. Must cancel by 3pm two days prior to arrival.
- **Peak Period Cancellation**: 72-hour policy (Memorial Day Weekend, August Thu–Sat nights, Fourth of July, Christmas, Thanksgiving). Must cancel by 3pm three days prior.
- Cancellations must be made by phone (1-800-832-5523). Cannot be cancelled via email or voicemail.
- All cancellations must receive a cancellation number or email confirmation.
- No-shows charged one night's stay plus taxes and fees.
- Reservations made through Booking.com must be cancelled through Booking.com directly.
